To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all items are shipped via a tracked and signed service provided by Royal mail. A signature may be required upon receipt

We offer FREE shipping on orders over £35 to UK customers.

 

Shipping cost

UK: £3.99 for all UK orders below £35

Europe: £12.99

Other Countries: £15.99

Please note that outside of Europe, your Country may apply an import duty tariff which you will have to pay yourself.

 

Processing Time

At Evalution, not all items are ready made therefore the time needed to prepare an order for dispatch may vary. We aim to ship within 3-5 working days. You will be notified with an update in the case of a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.

 

Delivery Time 

Please allow 2-4 working days for UK delivery and 10 working days if the delivery address is outside of the UK. Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

 

Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods could take up to 2 days longer than usual.
