The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.

14-Day Returns
We are sure that you will love your items but on the rare occasion that it just isn't quite right for you, please return the items within 14 days for a refund. If you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Non Refundable Items

Earrings - in the interest of hygiene and for your protection these items are excluded from our return policy.

Personalised jewellery - we cannot accept returns on any item that has been specifically altered or personalised in any way.

One off items - this includes all items in the One Of A Kind section

Please Notify us before you return your order
If you wish to return your order please email mail@sakeenaevalution.com or fill in the contact form here.
Please include the correct order number and order date and advise the reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your order to us.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.
For security and peace of mind, we suggest that return orders are sent via a signed for or tracked service. This allows you to track your returns and ensures that it reaches us safely.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
Items Must Be Returned in Original Condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original unworn condition. This includes all packaging, and accessories.
Full Inspection for Quality Assurance
To ensure the quality of our products, all returns undergo a full inspection. This process helps us maintain our high standards and ensures that only the best items are sent out to our customers.
10 Working Day Refund Processing Time
Once your return reaches us in a satisfactory condition, Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 10 working days for this process to complete.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to mail@sakeenaevalution.com We will do our best to accommodate your request however, once an order has been shipped we kindly ask you to refer to our return instructions as stated above.
Faulty Items
At Evalution, our items are thoroughly quality checked before shipping but in the rare occasion that you might receive a faulty item from us, we ask that you please contact us via email or contact form here
You can return items within 30 days if received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs.
Faults caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear or not following care instructions are not eligible for return or exchange.
